Division, just east across the parking lot from the former Tandy Leather Factory site.At Tandy Leather's new Monroe Street location, Construction Associates of Spokane Inc. made about $100,000 in improvements to the building after a Napa Auto Parts store moved out of that building in early May, says Kevin Edwards, of NAI Black, who handle the Tandy Leather lease with Pete Thompson, of Stonemark Real Estate Co.
